Please note that should you decide to use the Platform, Foresters will receive reports on your use of the Platform (eg. User ID, Dates of visits, number of clicks), as well as categories of purchases, services and discounts made available to you. This is necessary for Foresters to ensure the proper oversight of the Platform, as managed by BenefitHub, to continue improving its Foresters Member Discounts Program, and to advance its fraternal mission as a fraternal benefit society by providing meaningful benefits to its members. Foresters will retain such information in accordance with its retention policy.

Unless stated otherwise, the personal information you provide to BenefitHub via the Platform, is necessary to provide you with the products and services you requested. To do so, it will need to be disclosed to third party service providers, as well as unaffiliated third parties such as retailers and other merchants. Please note Foresters has no control over these unaffiliated third parties with whom you decide to transact with to obtain their products or services. Foresters disclaims all liability in relation to, and responsibility for, their business and privacy practices and the goods and services they may provide. Foresters is not responsible for the accuracy of descriptions of products, services, discounts, and/or related content presented on the Platform.
